The best head spa in Ottawa so far! Sophie used natural products that smell so good specifically for my hair type after examining my scalp on the screen. My scalp and hair feel amazing! scalp, neck & shoulders massages were amazing, technique is on pointe! The hot ginger tea was the cherry on top! Thank you for going above and beyond to make this experience all worth it.

Briar always is incredible!! My dermaplaning facials always make my skin glow and I love the results. Briar is also such a fun esthetician and I love how she always makes sure I'm comfortable with everything :) Followed her from West side spa and will follow her until I can't anymore lol!

10/10 I knew from the minute I got an appointment I was going to love this place, everything is so beautiful and calming and the girls were lovely, extremely gentle, friendly, and so thoughtful with everything! As always Briar creates such a lovely experience, she knows her stuff. She listens and adjusts her recommendations based on previous treatments and experience. She knows my skin but also listens to see if there is anything she should be aware of. Beyond that...she creates a lovely spa that relaxes and rejuvenates me. Fantastic.

Best service, I ever had. The atmosphereis peaceful, postive and charmong! I didn't want the service to end, I booked a scalp massage. I strongly recommend treating yourself here and enjoy the process because we deserve it. The staff is so nice and attentive !
