Maddi is welcoming on arrival. Prompt with her appointment times. Friendly and puts you at ease throughout the treatment sessions. Explains in full details what the treatment entails. Asks her clients if they are comfortable and if I have any questions at all. Maddi is professional in what she does. Make bookings in advance to avoid disappointments. Maddi asks if you prefer to chat during the sessions or tranquil sessions I prefer tranquil sessions with EMS. Maddi can catch up on her admin.

I am so pleased with my SPMU brows. I was quite nervous but Sarah but me at ease and explained the process, and my brows look really natural and exactly what I asked for! Thank you :)

It was my first time at Minimal Effort today (Signature Brow treatment). Sarah was so lovely and so knowledgable. I’ve never had anyone spend so much time on my brows for a shape and tint and it made the biggest difference! My brows have never looked so good. I will absolutely be returning and would highly recommend Sarah :)
