Booked a treatment with Kirsti where I had my first ever deep tissue massage. Kirsti was professional and put me at ease from the outset by asking me questions, such as why I had booked in, and told what to expect from the treatment. I left feeling relaxed and I'll definitely be booking in again!

Kenley is amazing! I had a menopause massage and felt awesome afterwards. Kenley's friendly and attentive manner is great and she really understands what's needed. She's great with signposting other wellbeing techniques which may help too. I will definately keep retuning as it's the best massage I've ever had . Next one already booked. Had a bespoke massage today with head therapist, Joanna. A mixture of deep tissue, cupping and lymphatic drainage. Absolutely loved it and felt much better. Would highly recommend

Feeling as light as a feather after FABULOUS hour treatment with Jo. Yet again her skilled hands and years of experience meant she could bring in different therapies perfect for what I needed today. I booked in for full body hot stones massage which was lush on its own and also received some lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, reiki healing and cold stones bringing relief and reduced swelling to chronic ankle pain. I do suffer with lower back pain and other muscular issues. After this massage I did feel relief and it was a great way to relax and unwind. With the benefits that are associated with a Swedish massage I will be making a monthly visit.

Really enjoyed the Swedish Massage course. Would definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed the Indian Head Massage course. Amanda was fantastic and explained everything fully. The course was 1:1 so i had Amandas undivided attention throughout. Would definitely do more training here and will certainly recommend to others.
