I have increased my strength and conditioning training over the last few months so this treatment is essential to maintaining mobility as certain muscle groups are challenged Tally listened carefully and applied her magic touch to the areas mentioned. My treatment was really spot on. The room Tally has is relaxing but professional at the same time. Tally is incredibly welcoming and made me feel a valued customer. She listened to all my medical/life history and focused on the parts of my body that I had highlighted. I felt completely comfortable throughout my treatment. I have had a number of deep tissue/remedial massages before so was used to the deep pressure. Tally managed to pinpoint a couple of really tense points - especially in my shoulder. Thank you and I will be back!
