This was my third massage with Andrew. I opted for a deep tissue again to help resolve aches and pain from working a desk job for many years. Andrew is welcoming, polite and professional, with a very calming demeanour. Excellent at listening to any concerns you have, explaining the treatment options and always checks in when it comes to your comfort and pressure used during each session. Every massage has been so relaxing and I’ve felt the benefits after each one. Both studios are gorgeously decorated and easy to get to via public transport. Looking forward to my next! Konstantine is highly skilled and seems to always find that 'spot' that brings relief and seems to know just what pressure to use without being told. Honestly, every moment is an 'ah' moment. I go regularly and highly recommend KS Therapies. I have been for heaps of massages where it has been obvious the therapist hasn't studied anatomy - Konstantine is clearly highly educated in how the muscles, ligaments, tendons and bones all interact and precisely what is where.

I was in a lot of pain with my shoulder and neck and Gillian worker her magic with a deep tissue massage! What a difference it’s made, back again in 2 weeks for more of the same. Gillian will ensure the treatment is right for you targeting any troublesome areas. Been going to The One Lounge for years and all the girls are lovely as is the salon. Highly recommend for any treatment at all!

The massage was great, the afternoon tea however was really poor! We barely ate any of it! Have had packages many times at the gin spa and the afternoon tea has always been lovely but this was not great at all, everything felt stale. We won’t come back which is a shame

Great massage with Elena

Lymphatic drainage massage with wood treatment by Sam was excellent. First time in salon and first treatment of this kind,however Sam is very calm and knowledgeable which helps with feeling relaxed. Sam was very attentive and focused on the areas I wanted. She has magical hands and this is one of the best treatments I’ve had, very thorough. The wood treatment is well worth adding on. I have only deducted a star as the salon is quite noisy (it’s a popular place) and you can hear the chatter even above the spa music playing. Salon is beautifully decorated and the treatment rooms feel high end.

First time at Ark Massage therapy. From the outset Andrew was polite and courteous. Discussion around what back issues I was having; explanation of what the session would involve with deep tissue massage and mobility work. During the session, excellent mindfulness shown in checking that I was comfortable and content with deep tissue pressures. Excellent ambiance and venue was suitable. Follow up care was given re stretches to carry out for future mobility work. Would recommend fully.

I recently had my first massage with Andrew, and as soon as I arrived he made me feel comfortable and at ease. He created a safe space for me to be able to breathe out and let go of some of the day-to-day stresses of life. He was very sensitive to the amount of pressure I was comfortable with and despite being cold outside (December!) the room was nice and warm. I can’t recommend Andrew enough.

Very warm and welcoming ,the facial massage was lovely ,I felt less puffy and my son said my skin looked less wrinkly ,lol so all good .I will definitely be going back for the facial and other treatments and I’ve also recommended to my sister and daughter

Andrew and Amria are absolutely phenomenal! We are two couples trying out couple massage the first time, one never had a massage before and my husband is a sport massage regular, all of us felt revitalised after! Will come back for sure!
