Liene was a fantastic host. She accommodated our lateness for the treatment initially and her communication was second to none. The treatment itself was dreamlike and very relaxing. So much so that my partner felt like she was in a trance and could have stayed on the treatment table forever. Further to this, because it was her birthday, Liene have her a gift and card. These small touches show that the art of customer satisfaction is not dead. It is alive and well in Cleethorpes. Anna made me feel so relaxed from the minute I walked in there. Pre-treatment assessment was thorough. And she did the best massage ever. Lovely and firm. I have booked Indian head massage. I have no words to describe how amazing I feel now, after the massage. Probably, due to work I have had really bad ache around my shoulder area, couldn't lay down without feeling the pain. Now after the massage, I feel great, no pain and feeling so relaxed too. I booked a Swedish back, shoulder and neck massage as I had so much tension in my shoulder’s. Liene, worked wonders and since I told her about my tension she focused on my shoulders. The massage was so relaxing and I have come away feeling loads better. I will certainly be booking this treatment regularly.
