It’s lovely to see Rachael’s new business has taken her to one of the best postcodes in Harrogate, central, easy to park and lovely premises. I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

I am so glad I booked to see Ruth for a deep tissue massage. She is very warm, welcoming and knowledgable. I felt in safe hands as she knows exactly what she is doing to provide relief for right muscles and my neck so much less stiff! I slept for 11 hours and feel a lot lighter!

Ruth did such an amazing job. I had a full body massage and a head massage at the end. Before going into the appointment, I had knots in my shoulders and neck which have been there for a long time. Ruth was very careful and soothed the knots very well, and it made me feel so much better. I came out of the massage feeling refreshed and physically relaxed, and my knots subsided ! Had my first sports massage with Ruth today, to address stiff legs from running and sore shoulders and lower back. I'd be lying if I said it was enjoyable 😅 but it was very effective and Ruth is lovely and super-friendly so I'll definitely return.

Ruth was so welcoming and quickly puts you at ease. I booked an Indian head massage due to neck pain. After examination Ruth also noted areas of my back where she felt the pain my be coming from so added these in to the treatment. I will be making another appointment soon.

As always, they’re perfect! Best nails in Harrogate.

I took my Mum to NOVU in Harrogate to have her nails done as a present for her 95th birthday and she had a wonderful experience from the minute she arrived. Her Beauty Therapist, Alex, was so kind to my Mum and dealt with her so professionally. Mum is thrilled with her sparkling pink nails and is looking forward to her next visit.

Amazing massage, Samantha is very skilled. Fabulous facial too. And to top it off Samantha is a lovely lady and clearly very experienced and knowledgeable … I will most definitely be back!

Had my legs waxed today by Alex who was just lovely and did an excellent job preparing my legs for summer. Would definitely recommend her and this gorgeous salon in the heart of glorious Harrogate

Great treatment with Sinead. It was my first time having lip filler and Sinead made me feel at ease through out the whole process. It wasn’t painful, and the results are stunning, she listened to exactly what I asked for. The salon is very upbeat, welcoming, and a great new addition to Harrogate ❤️

I’ve been going to see Charlotte for a number of years, and I now will never go to anyone else. My nails always last, they’re so chic and my brows consistently get a compliment! The salon refurb is perfection. It’s classic, chic and just cool. Exactly what was needed and I can’t believe how amazing it is. Spa vibes, and you leave feeling cooler then you arrived. Charlotte is honestly the best beautician in Harrogate, and I will not go anywhere other then Novu! 💛

Having had to delay my visit because of sciatica, I finally got to use my voucher. I’ve never had such an invigorating massage. I’m realigned, feel much looser and stronger and my circulation has been significantly boosted. I’ll definitely be making this a regular treat. Samantha is a real find.
