Maria is a highly skilled, highly intuitive massage therapist with a kind, warm and friendly manner, who delivers deep tissue massages which managed to resolve physiological issues I had been dealing with for months. She has a gift for understanding what her clients need, and I cannot recommend her enough. I also recently experienced the ‘2 by 4’ massage, which combined two complementary treatments delivered at same time by two therapists. It was an extraordinary massage, reiki and energy healing in tandem with acupuncture and gentle physiotherapy - I highly recommend this to everyone!!

Being involved with lifting weights as a profession, the necessity for deep tissues massages is essential. I have had many deep tissue massages but this one ranks as one of the most fulfilling, all body approaches I have experienced. Absolutely amazing! One of the best Thai massages that I've ever had. I'm coming off a sprained ankle (7 weeks after so 99% healed) and she paid extra attention to make sure she wasn't putting too much pressure but stretching it enough for some massage there. Loved it! Will absolutely visit when I'm back in London

Had the most beautiful experience with Jo. Such a welcoming and warm interaction from arrival in her gorgeous, relaxing home. She did a very thorough consult conversation beforehand, covering my focus areas. My head and shoulder massage was excellent and left me relaxed with a lot of relief. The reflexology was so enjoyable and she took time at the end to flag what she learned from my feet. The treatment room was beautifully decorated, warm and inviting; a real haven of rest! I even left with a little goodie bag of after care, herbsl tea and sweet treats! Can’t wait to return; thank you Jo!

Another great massage done by Maria! I had a massive neck & back pain and she’s managed to deal with all that! Such a relief! She’s so knowledgeable and very professional. The treatment was finished with 2by4 trauma release and mobility therapy to the back arms and neck by both therapists Maria and Shahana, it felt amazing 🤩 I’ve been going to Holistic Rising more often now, highly recommended! The environment is so relaxing. Jo spends time asking how you are feeling on the day and tailors your treatment accordingly. I have had both the massage and reflexology and thoroughly recommend.
