Parminder was very attentive and professional. I had a deep tissue massage for 90 mins and it was one of the best massages ever. I already feel lighter. He explained some of the issues in my back and gave me some stretches to do at home. I would 100% recommend

Maria is a highly skilled, highly intuitive massage therapist with a kind, warm and friendly manner, who delivers deep tissue massages which managed to resolve physiological issues I had been dealing with for months. She has a gift for understanding what her clients need, and I cannot recommend her enough. I also recently experienced the ‘2 by 4’ massage, which combined two complementary treatments delivered at same time by two therapists. It was an extraordinary massage, reiki and energy healing in tandem with acupuncture and gentle physiotherapy - I highly recommend this to everyone!!

Being involved with lifting weights as a profession, the necessity for deep tissues massages is essential. I have had many deep tissue massages but this one ranks as one of the most fulfilling, all body approaches I have experienced. Absolutely amazing! One of the best Thai massages that I've ever had. I'm coming off a sprained ankle (7 weeks after so 99% healed) and she paid extra attention to make sure she wasn't putting too much pressure but stretching it enough for some massage there. Loved it! Will absolutely visit when I'm back in London

Another great massage done by Maria! I had a massive neck & back pain and she’s managed to deal with all that! Such a relief! She’s so knowledgeable and very professional. The treatment was finished with 2by4 trauma release and mobility therapy to the back arms and neck by both therapists Maria and Shahana, it felt amazing 🤩 I’ve been going to Holistic Rising more often now, highly recommended! Honestly the best deep tissue massage I’ve had for a very long time. From the moment you arrive Liza puts you at ease. The treatment room is super cosy, warm, tranquil and smells amazing. The perfect hour of self-care when I needed it. Highly recommend!
