Aom gave me an amazing deep tissue massage - I went in with pain in my upper back / neck and shoulders she really got into all the knots all over my body. I left feeling like I was floating! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of a DEEP massage! I will be back :)

I asked for a deep tissue massage and that’s what I got! Jazz got rid of most of my knots (there were a lot and they were deep) Very friendly and affordable! Recommended.

One of the BEST deep tissue massages in Norwich (and I’ve had so many)! Amelia is attentive and present throughout her treatments and the pressure she applies is literally perfect. I have extreme tension, knots and stress that gets built up and quite stagnant in my muscles and joints due to being a therapist myself and also on my feet all the time. I left the treatment floating away - I felt like a new woman! I must also add that Amelia’s massage table/bed is INCREDIBLE! I was comfy from the get go. Would highly recommend and will be returning again. Thanks Amelia - you saved me today!

I had the full body hour-long massage with Miriam on Friday and it was absolutely divine. Lots of lovely attention to detail such as a bowl of essential oils below you to relax you, an eye mask, lo-fi music, a back scrub and a heated blanket to keep you warm! The pressure was excellent and the massage itself was superb! I left feeling utterly rejuvenated! 10/10 would book with Miriam again.

Wandee I Just wanted to thank you for my massage today the work you did on my knee was amazing, it’s been a struggle to walk for several months now, but after your massage and deep tissue work you did on it, I was finally able to walk comfortably and go for a 5 mile walk straight after my massage. My first visit and I will return. Had a manicure and pedicure gel and head massage. Looked after by both members of staff who were both very welcoming, personable and professional. Nails look lovely and left feeling very relaxed and pampered.
