Lilly is brilliant! My eyebrows are naturally wonky af (very challenging to shape and wax). Lilly worked absolute magic shaping my eyebrows and took so much care to make me feel comfortable throughout! My eyebrows haven’t looked this nice in 30 years! Jaime is amazing! not only did she SAVE my eyebrows, she also saved kittens from a burning down tree and ended world hunger. She is an inspiration to brow technicians all around the world. If all brow ladies were like Jaime, the world would be a better place. In just one session with her, my lifelong trauma was cured and my life expectancy doubled. Praise be to Jaime.

Very friendly staff and I love how they took their time with my eyebrows, no rushing. Plus, usually my eyebrows go very red and swell up after waxing but surprisingly it didn't this time, which was great. Lots of care was taken, highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful. Debbie is very gentle with her treatment. Also she is brilliant in matching the strength of the tinting to the skin and hair colour. Thank you Debbie, I am very pleased with the end result on my brows and eyelashes.

I hardly ever go to a beauty salon. Everything is just wild and untamed until this afternoon. I got my nails and eyebrows shape/waxed in preparation for a wedding this Saturday. Anni is so lovely, friendly, easy to talk to and we connected through our relateable Asian side of life. She is very respectful and considerate of others' feelings. It's a progressive salon (safe space for all walks of life), the vibe, aesthetics and energy is /chefskiss. Listens to you on what you want and executing it or gives advice. Let's not forget the support/therapy doggos.
