Very good. Everyone was really nice & offered water, blanket, & snacks. Jenn did my lash lift & I was thrilled with the outcome. There was no pressure to buy any of the products but I did purchase the lash serum Jenn recommended. It is 100% clean. Very impressive. Dobi at the reception was warm & relaxed & is a lovely person. Overall, it was a good experience & I will be back.

Johnny is amazing artist who is passionate about serving his customers in this best way he knows. My nails were flawless and the level of precision Hard Rock Nails have to detail is shown in the final product. Everyone walks out the nail salon happy as the environment is so welcoming and kind. The experience at Elk and Doe is like no other. I've never become a regular at a spa/salon until I discovered this Gem and now I've been a regular for a few months now! All of these ladies are amazing. I have had the opportunity to use Sahar, Sharnette and even Aileen and all 3 ladies are amazing at what they do. Sahar literally has the touch of an angel and I've never been more happy with how my eyebrows look after she threads them. She also really makes you feel like a friend/family member. And Sharnette makes you feel comfortable and makes great convo when I go for a wax. Amazing always!

Everyone is so knowledgeable on your needs and wants as a client, whether that's a facial, a lash lift, eyebrow shape or nails. The whole experience is so wonderful and relaxing. They have wifi for if you need to do work while having a pedicure, the attention to detail is impeccable. I couldn't recommend it more.

Jennifer was so sweet. She did my eyebrows so nicely. Even the receptionist was so sweet, I loved the energy in the store. I will definitely be coming back :)

I had a hybrid lash fill and eyebrow tint. Jasmine was outstanding. She not only did a perfect job. She was pleasant and she worked cleanly, efficiently and was interesting to chat with. She really made me feel special and I loooooove my lashes.

First time there and will definitely be coming back, had an amazing experience. The second I walked in they offered drinks and checked up on me, also made sure I was comfortable. Overall great vibe, and loved the way my eyebrows turned out .

I love Ivy! She takes her time and does an AMAZING job ! I would recommend her to everyone.
