Joan did a great job of my eyebrows shaping and tinting. She was very personable, friendly, attentive, and gave me a complementary hands massage while we were waiting for the dyeing process to be completed.

Love going to the bronzing room. Nothing is ever a problem even when I had to change my appointment multiple times because of work commitments. Joan is professional doing my eyebrows and always a friendly chat. I would highly recommend the bronzing room for any treatments.

Another amazing appointment with the extremely talented & kind Gillian - 5 stars just isn't enough. Gillian worked her "magic" with crystal healing & a wonderful & relaxing neck, shoulder & upper back massage. I walked out of there feeling 2 inches taller. And my daily migraine has disappeared. It's a real treat to have such beneficial "me" time. The Balaned Boutique is a llovely, chilled & friendly place to visit & I can't wait for my next appointment 😊😍🥰 I'm going to talk to Amanda about treatment for my patchy eyebrows next.
