Nic was so welcoming and friendly, her treatment room was peaceful and relaxing. Throughout the treatment Nic took time to explain the treatment process and check I was happy and comfortable. After the treatment Nic explained the aftercare process and paying and booking in for my next treatment was super easy. Looking forward to coming back soon. Thanks Nic

Brigita was amazing from booking to after care. She was able to move appointments to different days and sent detailed instructions for before care and after care. She made me feel at ease during my spray tan as the first I have had in a long time and was very knowledgeable. My eyebrowa looked fantastic and I have already rebooked.

Lottie was very welcoming because this was my first visit and I am more than happy with the service that I received. I absolutely love my autumn colour gel nails and I look forward to my next appointment in a few weeks time :)

Lovely first experience, from lovely Sonja booking me in short notice throughout my appointment I couldnt recommended enough! I'm currently heavily pregnant and a day before my csection I had lashes done and eyebrows waxed, i was booked in with Indre for my lashes and couldn't do enough for me she made sure i was comfortable throughout and I felt so at ease throughout my appointment. Roberta was booked for my waxing and extremely kindly came in purely just for my wax appointment on her day off which I'm extremely grateful for! The ladies were so kind and so friendly and I would 100% be back!!

This is my 4th time back at Rachael Jade Beauty and I am always greeted kindly, have a relaxing treatment, and friendly conversation. Rachael is currently doing HD Brows for me and is helping me regrow my eyebrows from over plunking years ago. I am so happy with how far they have come in the space of 4 months. I have been looking for someone who will spend the time on my brows and give me advice for years and I am so happy I found Rachael. Will always be going to Rachael from now on.
