I had an amazing experience. I've known Gemma a few years now and completely trusted her to do my microblading. I have never had anything done with my eyebrows as I used to have really bad hooded eyes and I had Blepharoplasty in July to fix the. I love my new eyes, so thought it was time to enhance my new eyes with new eyebrows. Gemma was amazing at listening to exactly the image i wanted to achieve. I now have amazing eyes and eyebrows and received great comments from people that have seen me since Thursday.. so happy with my outcome! X

Dermaplanning facial - From Start to finish you are pampered and made to feel so relaxed and fresh glowing face. The massage helped me get rid of all the knots I had in my neck and shoulders. Eyebrow wax and tint- Jenna knows what i like and I wouldn’t let anybody else near them. Jenna is amazing and I wouldn’t choose anywhere else. Thankyou Jenna xxx

Mia is absolutely amazing! Always lovely, friendly and professional. She goes above and beyond whilst in your appointment to make feel relaxed and comfortable :) Nothing is ever too much! I have my eyebrows done and I love them every-time! Friends always comment on how good they look <3 Mia will always try to accommodate where they can so you never have to worry! Always good service from The House of Castelliś, today I had eyebrow wax and tint plus dermaplaning with Sian and then colour and cut/blowdry with Kylie, nothing is too much trouble for them and I always feel comfortable going there. Highly recommend

1st time visiting, got my eyebrows waxed and tinted and I love them. Already booked my next appointment and got my hair booked in too. Will now be the only place I go for my brows. Can’t wait for hair appointment. Highly recommend staff are lovely and welcoming.

Jenna is the eyebrow queen, she has been doing my eyebrows for at least 15 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I always get compliments on them :) she is more like a friend now and I literally have never sustained going to a beautician or hairdresser or anything else like that for this amount of time I think this speaks volumes 💜
