Koji is very meticulous. This was my first visit. Based on my concerns, he provided a comprehensive assessment and observation. He performed massages tailored to the issues. After the session, my shoulders, lower back, and neck felt completely relaxed. Very nice!！

Koji at Palms healing is one of the best massage professionals I have ever been treated by. Years past I've worked in a role where I got to travel around Sydney visiting clients, this also gave me the opportunity to visit multiple and multiple massage centres on my lunch break located all across the city and by far Koji at Palms Healing has been the best when treating injuries and overall muscle tightness. They're very professional & customer friendly. Specially the box & Koji. I had toes & a hand pain for over a year. I have visited doctors, therapist & other massagers. But nothing worked. Until I have visited these guys. They're the best massagers. I recommend this every one.

It’s my 2nd time returning. I actually came here on whim wanting to try somewhere new that wasn't just your regular “in and out” message. To my surprise, I found Mr. Koji's massage went beyond the physical, it's a holistic approach that nurtures the mind, body, and soul. I’ve been seeing Koji in my second pregnancy and he’s been able to address tension and tightness in my hips and glutes, as well as whole body. Kohtaro has been great too, helping to address aches and pains after the birth of my first child. Overall the most professional and caring massages!

Koji is absolutely amazing!! Didn’t expect my 10/10 whiplash level neck pain was going to be reduced to a 2/10 pain level in a SINGLE 40 min session. Before going in I had very limited range of motion and couldn’t turn my head left or right without excruciating sharp pain, but afterwards I regained a good 70% ROM. He really worked his magic!! Very interesting methodical and systematic approach - would highly recommended to anyone struggling with muscle tightness/stiffness. Honestly was more effective than my previous physios. Already booked in a second appointment!

I had remedial massage with Ms Chitose. She’s so good and plan to come back again.

chitose is really strong and she knows exactly the right spots / trigger points on my body. her techniques are also really great and very unique because you can tell it is not swedish, thai, or chinese style. palms healing is probably the best massage place in sydney! will definitely come back for more treatments/massage. arigato gozaimasu palms healing and chitose san!

I had a great session with Koji. I needed help with my back and shoulder tightness. Koji knew his way around. The massage was tough but I felt much more flexible and comfortable afterwards. Will be returning.

I recently had a full-body remedial massage by Koji, which was excellent. Koji's friendly and approachable manners put me at ease from the start. He asked many questions to identify my specific areas of discomfort, tailoring the session to my needs. He regularly checked in to ensure I was comfortable with the pressure. The thoroughness of his work was impressive, as he methodically addressed each muscle group, leaving no area neglected. I left feeling significantly more relaxed and mobile, and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking effective remedial massage therapy.

I booked Palms for the first time yesterday - Sunday. I was looking dog trails to hike on and the name Palms Healing Massage popped up on my google maps. The word healing got to me and I thought - I need that!!! And YES I did. My therapist, Akane was calm and highly skilled Although I had booked for an Aromatherapy - hot stone massage I received a massage very much based on pressure points. With heat applied with hot towels at strategic times. It actually released a lot of grief I am carrying and I wept. It was different to any other massage I’d ever had - just excellent. Thank you.

It was a great experience, especially for us first-timers. The owner is passionate about his profession, and he and staff were really respectful. They were really caring to your body's needs from a massage. At the end of it, we had a chance to relax with complimentary tea and biscuit. Thank you Chitose :)
