Koji at Palms healing is one of the best massage professionals I have ever been treated by. Years past I've worked in a role where I got to travel around Sydney visiting clients, this also gave me the opportunity to visit multiple and multiple massage centres on my lunch break located all across the city and by far Koji at Palms Healing has been the best when treating injuries and overall muscle tightness. chitose is really strong and she knows exactly the right spots / trigger points on my body. her techniques are also really great and very unique because you can tell it is not swedish, thai, or chinese style. palms healing is probably the best massage place in sydney! will definitely come back for more treatments/massage. arigato gozaimasu palms healing and chitose san!

I had a great session with Koji. I needed help with my back and shoulder tightness. Koji knew his way around. The massage was tough but I felt much more flexible and comfortable afterwards. Will be returning.

I recently had a full-body remedial massage by Koji, which was excellent. Koji's friendly and approachable manners put me at ease from the start. He asked many questions to identify my specific areas of discomfort, tailoring the session to my needs. He regularly checked in to ensure I was comfortable with the pressure. The thoroughness of his work was impressive, as he methodically addressed each muscle group, leaving no area neglected. I booked Palms for the first time yesterday - Sunday. I was looking dog trails to hike on and the name Palms Healing Massage popped up on my google maps. The word healing got to me and I thought - I need that!!! And YES I did. My therapist, Akane was calm and highly skilled Although I had booked for an Aromatherapy - hot stone massage I received a massage very much based on pressure points. With heat applied with hot towels at strategic times. It actually released a lot of grief I am carrying and I wept. It was different to any other massage I’d ever had - just excellent. Thank you.

It was a great experience, especially for us first-timers. The owner is passionate about his profession, and he and staff were really respectful. They were really caring to your body's needs from a massage. At the end of it, we had a chance to relax with complimentary tea and biscuit. Thank you Chitose :)
