I recently had a deep tissue massage with Methi and it was absolutely fantastic! I've been having a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and he really listened to my concerns and focused on those areas. The pressure was perfect, and I felt so much relief afterward. He also gave me some great tips for stretches I can do at home. The atmosphere was relaxing, and Methi was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Methi and Ruen Thai Spa for anyone looking for a great massage! I will definitely be back for another massage soon.

There those who do their jobs & if lucky, with the customer being satisfied for value given. There others who go the extra mile. With Maddi, not only does she go more than the xtra mile, she makes you feel valued, listens & understands what your requirements are, is able to ensure that you get all the best of the massages that the body needs. Those tough knots, the pain, that area which is sore and uncomfortable, are all professionaly seen to and one gets to know that one's I'm safe, reliable and caring hands. Half a dozen sessions in two months and honestly, I'd highly recommend MM.

I'm a uni student and a bit of a gamer so I'm always hunched over my desk. I had an upper body massage and I tell you what I didn't realise how bad my shoulders were after just an hour. I feel better and look better as my posture has improved from my rounded shrugging shape to a natural position. I will definitely be back for more. Highly recommended for all students and slightly addicted gamers

Had. a great time and the lady was very thorough and professional.

I had my first full body massage with Gemma this morning, she really listened to what I wanted and needed and I want to express that it was the best massage I’ve ever had. She ensured that I was relaxed throughout. I have booked a package with Gemma and look forward to the next two massages that I already have booked in!
