Deepa is the queen of this treatment, removed all the product without stinging my eyes. The head massage was so relaxing, and she is super friendly and professional. Thank you for a great experience. I always come away feeling refreshed when I have been in with Deepa.

As always at Prism Beauty you are greeted by the lovely Louise & made to feel like your the most important person ever. The aroma from stepping foot through the front door is simply Devine. The ambiance is welcoming, relaxing & the treatment room is just magical. No matter what treatment you are having your senses take you far away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life. Your quite often left soooo relaxed you hear yourself snore 🤣😜❤ I would recommend Prism Beauty 110%

Deepa is always friendly and polite her work is good and great communicator just one minor problem making a charge for removal of old shellac …..you also need to use toe separators and not hand towel. Your equipment used should be more pristine ….clean use of foot pads for your feet and not bare floor ! Music would be nice and refreshments offered make it more up market salon would be nice ! It was my first visit to this lovely little salon having received a voucher as a gift. I had an upper back hot oil massage and a rose quartz facial. Louise is very welcoming and friendly and done a wonderful job so relaxing, so relaxing that I think I was snoring a few times🤭. Would definitely recommend it hope to visit again soon.

Just had an amazing hot stone massage at Cover Beauty in Washington. So relaxing! Sandeep checked I was comfortable with pressure/temperature etc and whether there were any specific areas to focus on. The treatment room was quite small and basic, and there was a little background noise but this doesn’t bother me at all (it was also a busy Saturday morning!). Overall I’d highly, highly recommend and I’ll definitely be visiting again.

Just what I needed after a bout of covid. I tested negative and had no high temperature and had been over 5 days since I tested positive so Louise was happy to carry on with my appointment. I was so relaxed with the hot stone massage I fell asleep. It was wonderful. Thankyou Louise for your expertise in what you do. Your time and patience. I'll be back for more next month xx

If I could give more stars I would! Can’t thank Louise enough for how refreshed she makes me feel by the time I leave after my treatments. I had the Snowberry Candle Massage, Facial and Pink Gin Pedicure (which is a fav) and my skin feels amazing. Already booked in for my next appointments because I’m sick of missing out when she is fully booked.

Another fabulous facial from Louise. I had the detox and my face felt (and looked) a million times better. I had to skip the back massage today (😢) because of a bad back, but I have to say, the heated bed really helped ease it. My son (35) came along with me today for the men’s facial and back massage and says he feels so much better for it. As always, Louise made us feel completely at ease and pampered. Brilliant!

I injured my back and broke ribs in a riding accident. Louise gives a superb massage to relieve the aches and pains and demonstrates her superb knowledge, talking through what she finds and needs to do. The salon is immaculate relaxing and a safe place to visit. Louise works with both a visor and face mask.

Lovely first experience of a facial and neck massage. Very calm and relaxing, just what was needed. I will definitely be back!

Had my first ever acupuncture with Heather. Not knowing what to expect, it was wonderful and sooo relaxing. Heather is a first class therapist and very competent and caring about helping people in her work.

Had lovely relaxing foot and leg massage with Deepa. Well worth a visit 5*.
