I recently had the most incredible facial with Lydia, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and relaxed. The ambiance was perfect—soft lighting, soothing music, and a clean, serene space that instantly relaxed me. Lydia took the time to assess my skin and tailored the facial to my needs, my skin is now glowing!! I’ll absolutely be back to try out all your other treatments! A very relaxing afternoon at The Bay, i tried the Infra Red Sauna followed by a while in The Hot tub then a Back Massage, i have been experiencing quite a bit of back pain recently and these treatments are helping me so much. Thankyou looking forward to my next visit

Lovely pedicure with Tallulah and fab eyelash lift with Sally - plus the added bonus of a super-relaxing experience on the heated massage lounger in between the appointments. I felt really well looked after and pampered - thank you ladies!

I have just had the most amazing facial , head and hand massage . Lydia tailored the facial to how my skin was presenting . She really is the very best therapist and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Lydia is so lovely and welcoming and she gives a wonderful facial/massage. Was impressed with the hopi candles and how much gunk they removed from my ears! Scalp massage was amazing! Will definitely be back!!

It was my first visit to The Bay and my first massage! Tallulah was great and I came out of feeling very relaxed. Spending a little time in the relaxation room afterwards with a cup of tea was lovely before heading back to reality! The private sauna / hot tub looked good too for next time!
