I have been going to Shen’s Massage Karrinyup for remedial massage for many years. Hu is the best massage therapist that I ever know . She knows exactly where is the pressure point to relieve my muscle tension and ache. I highly recommend Hu.

Felt very relaxed and loose in the hips (which is my problem area) after my massage with Teresa. She concentrated on some trigger points and released muscles around my main points of issue first and then worked on those problems areas. She also explained things to me as she went along about why she was doing things in a certain order which I appreciated. She even accommodated my 3 year old been there too which I am grateful for as us mums don’t often get time for a massage but allowing me to have him there just made things easier for me and I still came out feeling relaxed. I cycle and swim a lot and get really sore shoulders, forearms and calves. I was waiting for daughter and only had time for a 30min massage, so I popped in not expecting too much in this short time period . I was highly impressed with what Mr Shen was able to do . He hit all the sore spots quickly and efficiently and I am so going back but for an hour or more session next time. Still feeling good a day later .

Johnny, at Shen's massage (beside BigW, Karrinyup) has assisted me over the last 2 years. He is a miracle worker, and has given the best post massage care to recover from injuries. Thanks Johnny and Shen's massage. Great team.

Teresa is always responsive to any juggles I have. She checks in at the start of the session then discusses the plan of attack before starting the massage. I always feel so much better and have a better range of movement after each session. I highly recommend Teresa
