Parminder was very attentive and professional. I had a deep tissue massage for 90 mins and it was one of the best massages ever. I already feel lighter. He explained some of the issues in my back and gave me some stretches to do at home. I would 100% recommend

Had the most beautiful experience with Jo. Such a welcoming and warm interaction from arrival in her gorgeous, relaxing home. She did a very thorough consult conversation beforehand, covering my focus areas. My head and shoulder massage was excellent and left me relaxed with a lot of relief. The reflexology was so enjoyable and she took time at the end to flag what she learned from my feet. The treatment room was beautifully decorated, warm and inviting; a real haven of rest! I even left with a little goodie bag of after care, herbsl tea and sweet treats! Can’t wait to return; thank you Jo!

Jo left feeling like a puddle of luxurious crème brûlée!! I did not want to leave and was unfit for any work due to how incredibly relaxed and happy I felt. From the moment the front door opens, it’s a world of serenity and absolute self care. A true hidden gem. The environment is so relaxing. Jo spends time asking how you are feeling on the day and tailors your treatment accordingly. I have had both the massage and reflexology and thoroughly recommend. There are lots of nice little individual touches which makes you feel special and pampered for that hour. Perfect!

Great LDM and reflexology massage

Such a pleasant experience (3rd occasion). After my third lymphatic drainage massage, I have started to feel the difference. Also, the massages are excellent, just the right amount of 'pressure'. Parminder is a gentle masseur who definitely has the gift.

My experience with Jo was fantastic and I felt completely rejuvenated and relaxed afterwards. The post natal massage was exactly what was needed following the birth of my second child, Jo was so professional and put me at ease as it was my first time coming. Thank you so much!
