I had a head and face massage as part of a yoga and wellbeing retreat day. It was amazing- very relaxing and revitalising. I went to Carole with a terrible shoulder ache ( muscle and tendon tear) as a supplementary therapy along with my physio sessions. Carole did a session of reflexology and holistic massage for me. I have come back feeling so much better after her sessions and have been able to sleep without pain. Absolutely love the atmosphere at Touching lives and the positive energy. Thank you Carole.

We had a couples massage with Carole and her colleague. The treatment was so relaxing and one of the best massages I’ve had. The hot tub after was a lovely treat. It’s a secret garden in Hampton with a tranquil setting and we will definitely be back again for more relaxation! Thank you for fitting us in at such short notice.

Despite my back misbehaving, Carole is so understanding and caring and was able to give me a relaxing, therapeutic massage which helps me so much.

Today I had the most amazing treatment with a new therapist to the Riverside rooms called Susi … I was warmly welcomed at the entrance to The Riverside Rooms and taken by the Therapist into the cosy Log Cabin .. she had prepared the room beautifully with a heated massage couch and warm towels … after a brief consultation, we decided the best treatment plan was a combination of therapeutic and relaxing massage, combined with shiatsu techniques and some lymphatic drainage on my face - WOW - if you are reading this review you just have to experience it!!!

I really enjoyed my combi experience reflexology & neck & back massage. Carol really looked after me and worked her magic,I felt alot less stressed once I left a lot lighter. Will definitely come back soon..

I’ve just just had an incredible La Stone massage. On this cold wet rainy day I was greeted by Ann & taken into the warm and cosy Log Cabin with its twinkling fairy lights, candles & incense burning… I had a thorough consultation and a beautiful massage. The stones were the perfect temperature of 51° and it was as though she danced over my neck back and shoulders melting away all my troubles…. You can definitely feel her professionalism and expert touch After my treatment, I felt nurtured, lighter and revitalised! Thankyou Ann I will definitely have another treatment with you

I booked the hot stones massage and it was such an amazing treatment I loved every second. Carole is fantastic and even just the massage alone was probably the best massage ive ever had where I really felt results after and eased my back pain. The combination of hot and cold stones felt amazing. It also felt more than just a massage but also eased my mind too as Carole radiated such positivity and good energy and it was just a lovely all round experience. I’ll definitely be returning soon!
