Lily's Therapeutic massage is a understatement. The whole body is released top to toe, then the problem area is worked on. Always a treat getting a massage from Lily. Having regular massages with her has helped me walk much better having suffered from arthritis for years with my knee. Greatly helped with hip, back and neck pain as well. Circulation is so much better.
