Fantastic. She listened to my vague wants, hopes and dreams for how I wanted my hair to look for my wedding and came out with perfect. I’ve already had a bad experience with bridal hair trial elsewhere so was nervous doing it again, but she is honestly amazing and I can’t wait for my wedding day now, knowing my hair (and both my daughters too) won’t be an area I worry over.

My hair was done by Charlie who was very friendly and checked as she was cutting and blow drying my hair how I wanted it done. It was a pleasant experience and my hair was just right when I left. I would recommend both Charlie and Shy Looks

My first visit to a salon in over 2 years and I was made to feel very welcome. It’s a spacious, modern salon with plenty of room for social distancing and covid-safe procedures were observed. Sam was warm and friendly, and gave me a lovely wash, cut and blow dry. Totally sorted out my lockdown DIY haircut! Booking online is really convenient and availability was good. Although the salon is tucked away off the main street of Truro it was easy to find and car parking is directly opposite. Thanks, I will be returning.

Met Ellie for a initial consultation. She listened, made suggestions and made me feel confident she understood what what I wanted to achieve with a colour and cut. My appointment a few days later went exactly as we had discussed, Ellie being friendly, polite and an accomplished hairdresser. I left exceptionally pleased with the final result.

Delighted with my cut & blow dry! Kay is always an expert at cutting a precision bob - it continues looking good for 6 weeks!
