Love my nails! It was my first time at Gen Spa, very nice and relaxing atmosphere. Ashlie did them great. The only thing I just noticed when I got home is that I did not get the hand massage with G|S Aromatherapy vegan moisturizer during my time there.

Always quality service and product. My pedicure was so relaxing and my feet are super soft! The ladies are great and are always friendly and professional. Their COVID practices make you feel safe so you can relax. Love pampering myself at Gem Spa!

I had a facial with Lesley and it was amazing. The room I was in immediately made me feel relaxed. The scent of some of the creams alone would make me go back to have another with them. Lesley definitely knows what she's doing, and is super gentle with extractions. Afterwards while paying she was super easy to talk to and outgoing. If you've never had a facial, I would go to Gem Spa for your first time, you won't be disappointed.

Natalie was waiting for me. She worked carefully the severe pain in my right arm & shoulder. Finger nails finished nicely. Wax Treatmentvbrough immediate relief to the arthritic pain in my fingers

The spa is so cute (I love that it’s in a beautiful older house!) & I was really impressed by the quality of the services. Tori did an amazing job & created a super relaxing environment for me.
