Amazing time with Chloe always !!! She’s super lovely and kind. I went to her for the first time a few months ago having never been to my nails done before. She was super helpful and always gives amazing inputs to make the nails look amazing. The nails always last super long and considering at work I use harsh chemicals I’m always surprised they last so long. Thank you Chloe. Xx

I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

It’s lovely to see Rachael’s new business has taken her to one of the best postcodes in Harrogate, central, easy to park and lovely premises. As usual, my builder gel and brow treatments were exceptional, I highly recommend Rachael’s talent. Emily is quite simply the best nail technician I have come across !!! I’ve been getting my nails done , off and on for probably getting on around 20 years and never found anybody doing gel/biab /shellac to last more than 2 weeks, Maximum…..Until I met Emily !! Emily did a fantastic job on my nails, she soaked off my old ones, thoroughly tidied the nail and cuticles, did a couple of layers of builder gel and my chosen colour. They are the most precise perfect nails…I can highly recommend Emily, top job!

I was a little nervous as I’m new to the world of nails but was instantly put at ease by Jade. I was made to feel welcome the moment I walked through the door. Jade answered all my questions and is incredibly knowledgeable. I was advised about products to use to get the most out of my nails - but was not pressured in any way to purchase any extras. It was such a positive experience and I can’t wait for my next appointment :)
