I was running late as the traffic was horrendous. I ended up being 35 minutes later than my appointment but Olivia was so understanding and was still really warm and friendly when I finally arrived. Chatting to her during our time together really helped me forget the stressful journey and my nails are gorgeous! I would highly recommend her.

I always love getting my nails done. Olivia is so welcoming and accommodating and nothing is ever too much trouble for her. She is very friendly and chatty and puts you at ease. I'd highly recommend.d her services. Olivia also did my wedding make up and was an absolute delight . I'm never disappointed. Thank you Olivia.

Love coming to Lou to get my nails and lashes done. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, amazing price and lashes last a good 3 weeks along with my nails.

Beautiful nails, Ellie made sure they were exactly as I wanted them and took the time to make them perfect 😊 very happy customer!

Been coming to Louise for around 7 months now, and I absolutely love how she does my lashes. Nice and full whilst feeling very relaxed in the salon. She also has a gorgeous little clothes shop and hairdressers in there too. Highly recommend x
