I had an amazing mama to be ritual. Jo was so welcoming and the space is luxurious. I was comfy throughout and the heated water pillow and adjustable bed to ensure everything is just right for you really sets this massage apart. 100% recommend!

Andreia is fantastic, I’d had a bad experience with a Thai massage place in Leeds recently who made my shoulders and lowers back worse causing chronic pain. I had an unbelievable amount of knots in my shoulders which Andreia massaged and relieved this tension, she spoke to me throughout helped me with breathing technique and really put her heart and soul into relieving the tension. As for my lower back she pin pointed my hips where tight and had a knot which she relieved both her expert massage skills. Not only that she got me in at last minute as she knew I was in pain. The Self Care Sanctuary is amazing. Best massages I have ever had. This time I added a facial to the massage and it was perfect. I’ve been to Jo a few times and will continue going. The room is calm, the bed is warm and so comfortable and Jo is lovely.

I visited Jo today for a Back to basics massage, although this is not my first treatment with Jo I’m still blown away by how amazing she is at her job and how she can make you feel in just a 60 minute appointment. I’m not sure there’s anywhere else I feel as relaxed as when I visit TSCS, I truly leave my appointment feeling like a whole new person. Can’t wait to be back already! X

I have just had the ‘back to basics’ massage with Jo & I already can’t wait for my next treatment! From the second I walked in I felt relaxed, before the massage even begun. I appreciated that Jo explained how the treatment would go and what to expect. I usually really struggle to switch off during treatments however with the gorgeous spa music playing and the cosy lighting I could’ve easily fallen asleep! Thank you for the best Friday morning I’ve had in a long time. X

After having various cosmetic surgeries Andreia was recommended so I booked I immediately felt relief from my lymphatic drainage massage and was standing taller by the time I was walking out I will be booking in again for next week
