I booked a two hour session with Laura because I needed help dealing with a number of historic and one new sports related injury. I hadn't realised how tight some of my muscles were but through massage and manipulation of my limbs, Laura was able to work on all these areas and just loosen some of that tension in my body. I am looking forward to the next session and would recommend the service to anyone that wants to give their body some care and attention.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a massage, body polish, reflexology and Brightening from Emm, and it was truly an incredible experience. Emm has an incredible touch, and her technique is both skilled and intuitive. She listened to my needs, leaving me feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. I have always struggled to find a good hairdresser that knows how to deal with thick curly hair, until I found Aneda. She did a really good job with my hair! Would definetely recommend!

I had a great sports massage in the comfort of my own home. Laura was professional and knowledgeable and gave me good advice and a range of exercises to follow. I will definitely be booking another session soon!

I had the 90 minute deep tissue massage with Shazia who did a fantastic job of loosening all the knots and working on the whole body, including the head & scalp. It felt blissful and my skin felt soft and smooth with the oil massage. Loosening of the knots can feel uncomfortable at times but you can ask for less pressure if it's too much.

Laura is fantastic, she takes time to understand what your needs are and she doesn’t rush the treatment. She makes me feel comfortable and the massage relaxed me so much I just wanted to sleep. I couldn’t recommend her enough.
