This is a great spa, comfortable and clean. I was thrilled to discover it because it’s only a kilometer from my condo. Ricardo gave me my 90-minute massage and he did a great job, especially working on my problem areas: neck, shoulders and back. The price for the service is very good. I appreciated the tea afterwards and the little tart. It was nice to just relax for a minute before leaving . I’m looking forward to going back. I’m also going to check out their gel nails and pedicures. I haven’t been able to find anybody in Tulum yet, so once I try that service, I’ll update this review.

A hidden gem. I got a lovely massage and facial, both of which were 10/10 services. The facilities were great, small rooms with A/C. Staff was really friendly and warm. Would come back again.

This was an experience like no other in self care. I had the Tierra Ritual Spa experience with Ricardo. I would highly recommend Quinto Elemento Spa to anyone visiting Tulum; you are in for a real treat!

I had truly a great experience and would recommend to anyone who is ready to continue their spiritual journey.

We are vacation in Tulum and wanted professional and reasonable priced massage, which appears to be very difficult to find in this area! We had an amazing experience at this spa! Saul and Ricardo gave us incredible massages—easily some of the best we’ve ever had. They were both highly skilled and made us feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The spa itself is immaculate, with a luxurious ambiance that makes you feel pampered from the moment you walk in. The staff is exceptionally friendly and ensuring every detail is taken care of. I can’t recommend this place enough.

This was a FANTASTIC experience. The staff were so incredibly accommodating. The spa is absolutely gorgeous. If I’m ever back in Tulum, I will 100% be returning here. Everything was 10/10. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

Excellent Spa!! When visiting Tulum, you must schedule a visit here if you want to feel relaxed. Susan was extremely accommodating and responsive, she set up massages and facials for my group of 6 at 10am (an hour before they open). Rebeca helped me feel relaxed during my massage and facial. Bersabee, Elisabetta, Amanda, Saul, and Ricardo are also highly recommended. They had a beautiful set up of yogurt, fruit, and juice to celebrate my friends 40th birthday. The attention to detail showed true dedication in every aspect.

Amazing Spa in Tulum ! Great price and super nice decor ! It very high end. All the staff is super nice , professional and very welcoming and puts you at ease , they even gift you a Tea with a little biscuit at the end of the Treatment. If you come to Tulum you really have to go and try their services.

My friend and I arrived late, not our faults, but the staff were very understanding. The wonderful receptionist got us checked in and explained their special they had for the month( which) was cheaper than what I originally booked. Since we were late I would not have been able to get all of the services I had booked, so this was a great option and I would book it again. My massage therapist was excellent, perfect amount of pressure, very thorough and professional. If ever in Tulum make sure you visit here before you leave

This was literally the best massage I have ever had! I had the 5 elements fire experience and it was phenomenal. Rebeca is truly a healer that is passionate about what she does and powerful as.a guide in the limpio and cleansing and massage. Will return! Best Birthday gift to myself!

The ritual and energy work was amazing. But I felt very cold throughout the treatment and the bath at the end was also cold. It would have. Been nice to have had a hot bath and less air conditioning. The massage could also have been deeper. Left with neck unresolved.
