I always have a great experience here. The combo of a cooling or heated eye mask, essential oils to smell and head massage all while your hair is getting washed makes it feel like a trip to the spa on top of a great blow-out. Maddie is my usual stylist and she is fantastic but all staff here are lovely.

I honestly always enjoy my experience with Ella & Jade - Anna is a fantastic hairdresser. Incredibly skilled, listens and makes sure you walk out happy. The only reason for the 4 stars is because I am sad that I can't go to this salon more often as their pricing has become quite high/unaffordable for me :( Definitely worth saving up for an annual treat though!

Anna was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand how I like my hair to sit on the daily. She then discussed how she would cut my hair so that I can achieve my goals. Additionally, she taught me about hair products and wasn’t pushy with sales. Anna was respectful about me doing my research and maintained friendliness throughout my appointment.
