First time visit with Natasha and it won't be my last!! She handled my curly afro textured hair with confidence, care and was very knowledgeable with her product advice. Booked in for silk press and a trim and she delivered with a smile. The proccesco on a hot day was also much appreciated thank you Natasha see you soon :)

Stella was just amazing. I have curly hair and is not the easiest to cut. I really like the results. Before I left the review I left few days, to see how my hair once washed, how different it will look. It still looked the way I like it thank you Stella amazing job definitely coming back for my colour ❤️

Then a brilliant cut, taking my ideas and wishes and making them reality, but with the special Natasa flourish, flair and verve! Great experience with my loc specialist (Tayma), she was abundantly patient and thorough. I know my hair took a lot of work, this rating is for her. However, the young lady who was initially checking me out was rude to me. Mumbling she had better things to do because I didn’t have cash for my balance. Not great, sadly further trips all the way from Billericay to the salon don’t make sense for me if this is the treatment I’m to expect. Pro-tip: perhaps a note on the booking site (I used fresha) saying cash is preferred would be helpful to clients like me who rarely transact in cash.

Sheleana done a great job with my hair. I have afro hair and wanted a texture release, my hair felt so silky afterwards. I would recommend and will be coming back. Great service and lovely salon.

I recently visited L&W salon and had the absolute pleasure of being styled by Tashan. I came in with a hair color disaster and.was immediately put at ease with his calm and reassuring demeanor. He listened attentively to my concerns and clearly understood the look I was hoping to achieve. He was incredibly patient and took the time to explain the process and address any questions I had. Despite the challenging situation, Tashan performed a flawless correction. He is a true artist and a credit to L&W. I am beyond thrilled with the results and cannot recommend them highly enough!

Tracey takes a lot of pride in making sure your hair stays slaying. She also has so much knowledge of hair health and treatments. If you want an honest hair dresser who will tell you what you need to hear and not what you want to hear she is the one!!
