100 out of 10 experience as always with Shana. It was my first time getting a style with my locs and she did not disappoint. If you go in to get your hair done expect great conversation and expect to look your best afterwards.

Shana was great. Her service is really good & fast, she has a lot of knowledge when it comes to locs care, which is honestly hard to find in the Kent area. Happy I found someone that I can go to on a regular basis.

I booked a first consultation with Shana few weeks ago to tell her about my hair and the worries I had to get them done by other people. She replied to all the questions I had in a very professional way. She is fully booked (understandably) but she took time to do my braids on her rest day. I am beyond grateful to have found her and for her 10/10 customer service. The result is amazing and you get to learn about your own hair during all the appointment. I so much love how my loc was taken from 0 to a 100 , great service provided , very professional and I’m definitely revisiting soon.

AMAZING better than expected I'm very particular and fussy with my hair as its very thin curly hair so I didn't want anything to heavy or to long I wanted loose curls and a natural look and Deedee understood the assignment because it is everything I wanted and then some not mention she's just a lovely person with a great aura shes boosted my confidence and I'm just overall genuinely happy with it can't wait for the first wash to see how it goes after but I'm very happy with it at the moment ( I had tapes) thank you so much dee dee I will be recommending and coming back to you for sure x
