Fantastic service! We were greeted and seated promptly, and Amy was very thorough and knowledgeable- my son has very tricky hair, and she did a great job thinning it out and styling it properly. This was the best hair appointment I have had in recent memory. Isabel took the time to really listen to my wants and concerns and ensured she had a solid understanding of my expectations before starting any styling. She also explained every step of the way how and why she was doing everything. So informative and actually walked out with what I wanted!!

Amazing service as always. I came back for a balayage refresh since my last appointment in May 2023. My quality of the balayage was topnotch that I didn't feel the need to refresh since the regrowth blended in so well even after many months. Yasu's detailed consults allowed me to just fully relax during the appointment since I knew he'll get me the results I wanted. The whole appointment was relaxing - from the drinks service, to hair washes and head massages, and to the final styling. I will come back to Hair collection Tokyo over and over again for this level of service and balayage quality.

This was my third appointment with Georgia, and each experience has been nothing short of exceptional. She is incredibly professional, attentive, and has an amazing ability to understand exactly what I want for my hair—nailing it every single time! On my most recent visit, I was on a tight schedule as I had a flight to catch in the afternoon. Georgia went above and beyond to ensure my hair was done beautifully and on time, without compromising on quality. The result was absolutely stunning! The entire team look professional and welcoming, but I must say, Georgia is the best!!!

As usual, tonight I experienced the most professional, friendly & expert service I have ever received from a hairdresser (love my pastel pink). Jess & team go above & beyond to please, & in the 3 years I have attended the beautiful salons Jess owns, I have always left with a big smile on my face & loving my hair. Whilst I am at the salon I see some amazing hair colours & styling generated. Even more amazing is the low cost. I am usually a hairdresser ‘shopper’ but not any more -I haven’t been anywhere else since starting to see Jess & her team. Thank you Jess and co, you are truly amazing!

Sarah is literally the queen of blondes. After moving very far north I was forced to find a new hairdresser. I had multiple underwhelming results from a few salons and the worst experience with a “blonde specialist”. I then found Sarah who fixed my hair and she has changed my life. My blonde is the cleanest and brightest it has ever been and even though she’s still pretty far from where I live, I wouldn’t even consider letting anyone else colour or cut my hair 🥰

I went in for a restyle. Mel gave me advice based on the images I showed her and how she thought my hair would respond. She provided styling options for my new look. I'm very happy with the result. Thanks Mel!
