The apointment was earlier than expected. The lasses were lovely and down to earthmaking me feel comfortable. Stylist Nicola p talked me through what i wanted to do with my hair. Lovely cut and blow dry. Salon comfortable and clean. Overall a fabulous experience 🙂

Ettie did a brilliant job with the colour. I was wanting to lose some of the warmth and have a more ashy look with blonde which is by no means easy on jet black Chinese hair. I love the finished look, as does my daughter!!! Love my new cut and the finish, Elle was fabulous in giving me a fresh new look and also loads of at home advice for styling it myself. Many thanks to both.

EXCELLENT!! Came to the Jesmond Chain for the first time to get a sunkissed balayage and loved the whole experience! Sylvie was an amazing stylist and coloured my hair beautifully, very attentive throughout! As a newbie to hair colouring, would 100% recommend Sylvie to anyone wanting to come to the Boilerhouse. The salon is beautiful, I love the interiors and whole vibe! Thank you so much, in love with my new hair!!!

Just love coming to this hair salon. Always made to feel like part of the family. Always the best atmosphere and so much laughter from staff and clients. It didn’t matter which stylist you go with you can guarantee you come out feeling absolutely amazing. I had the pleasure of Codie working her magic on this visit and I want disappointed at all.

My first time at the salon and I was made to feel like I’d been going there for years. Staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. Nicole did my colour which was a complete change for me. I showed her a photo of the colour I wanted and she went through the colour charts to ensure I was comfortable. Nina cut my hair which was Fabulous and again she listened whilst I explained what I wanted to achieve. Great advice about looking after the colour and generally a great experience overall. I felt a million dollars leaving the salon.

Hollie did such a good job of my hair. She really talked me through everything and made suggestions that I hadn’t thought of but they made such a difference. She helped add some volume to my long hair and the products that she uses are very high quality. She is also so lovely and easy to chat to, I will definitely be back.

First ever manicure & pedicure with Mel! Fabulous experience! I felt very relaxed and the conversation was effortless. I did not recognise my hands or feet by the time she had completed the treatments! The smells were intoxicating ! Booked in already for my follow up appointment, and will now be making Allure at Jesmond my go to place! Thank you so much Mel!💐😇
