I can’t recommend myofascial release massage with Zen enough! After struggling for over a year with a bulged disc injury and severe sciatic pain, Zen has not only helped me become pain free in my day-to-day movement and activities, but I went from not being able to run, to now running 25km a week without any pain, all in the space of only 4 months. Zen’s knowledge and care is second to none!

I have seen EJ a number of times now. Each visit, I leave feeling like so much space has opened in my body and relaxed; I practically float out! I find EJ's massaging both thoughtful and intuitive. I couldn't imagine seeing anyone else. I highly recommend EJ as a massage therapist that you must have. She knows exactly where the tight spots are and has a really good massage technique that is relaxing but also firm. She is located in Mermaid Beach.

Can’t recommend Zen and myofacial realese enough. Being a carpenter I put my body hrough a lot each and everyday. He knows what to do to fix me and keep my body functioning the way it should.
