It was a great experience. The facialists were really good at their job. The salt cave was the perfect place to sit down and relax. The ice globe treatment was amazing! I would want to come back to this spa and get a facial whenever I possibly could. Would recommend for anybody else who wants a good relaxation afternoon.

Unbelievable experience. A beautifully designed spa with very courteous and friendly staff. I enjoyed a session in the Salt Cave followed by a Swedish massage. Both thoroughly relaxing treatments. So much so I almost left my shoes at the spa! I made it to my car before realizing I hadn’t returned their flip flops. In addition to the professional and friendly customer service the staff were nice enough to invite me to join them for a glass of wine at their staff barbecue. Truly incredible spa employed by very kind and lovely people. Can’t recommend it enough and look forward to my next visit

Tiffany and Maya were absolutely fantastic. Very welcoming and made the whole experience very relaxing. We did the swedish massage, salt float and then the salt cave. Couldn't ask for a better day!

The cave is such a relaxing experience. Not my first time and certainly will not be my last. I also had the foot mud bath and exfoliation. My aesthetician was lovely and amazing at a foot massage. I look forward to my next visit.

This was our first visit. My daughter and I had a very relaxing time. Your spa is beautiful and someone has a keen eye for detail!. Our experience would have been even better if we could choose the order of services (but also understand why/how this would be difficult). We would have preferred to visit the cave first then the relaxing massage, not the other way around. Only because the cave is cool and we tensed up a bit after having the wonderful swedish massage. Well done everyone! We will be back!!

Hello Everyone!! This will be my 4th review for a service I received from the Niagara region. Check them out. I love the Healing Salt Cave! Received a full body massage from Brent, facial from Tiffany. Both services were excellent and I absolutely love the salt cave. I would absolutely recommend the Healing Salt Cave. Taking aestheticians school myself in October of this year. My aim is to one day work at a place like this one. To provide people with a calm relaxing retreat like experience. Life is very short and stressful! We all need love support from each-other and kindness!

I booked a Halotherapy session and couple’s massage. The salt caves are wonderfully relaxing and therapeutic. Staff are kind and welcoming. The couple’s massage was great! The atmosphere was serene and peaceful. Our RMTs were Brent & Shannon. Both made us feel comfortable. They are communicative and mindful of each person’s needs. Overall, 10/10! Would recommend and come again.

I loved my deep tissue massage. Brent helped relieve a lot of my back and neck pain. He’s experienced and professional. I will be back again soon!

The facial and massage were amazing. The salt cave was too cold for me. but perhaps had a wrapped myself in the blanket instead of just putting it on top of me, I would have been alright. It was an enjoyable and very relaxing treat.

We did the steam room and ice bucket and it was so amazing! I felt like I was on vacation! It opened my sinuses and truly felt like my body was just melting in relaxation! The ice bucket is nothing to be afraid of! Face your fears n dive into it! Try laughing when it’s happening! You will feel more alive than you ever have! 10/10 will absolutely be back for that!

I walked in for a massage and they made sure to make it happen despite it being last minute! RMT Brent is absolutely AMAZING at what he does! All the staff were very welcoming, accommodating and kind! I will DEFINITELY be coming back!!!! The environment is absolutely breathtaking!!!! I loved the entire experience!!
