Went for the Autumn Special, Kelly used the perfect amount of pressure for my massage, was trying my hardest not to dribble on the carpet I was that relaxed! Also loved the little touch of inhaling the pumpkin spice oil and getting wafts of it off the towel! Smells amazing! Thank you so much ☺️🧡

Great place, lovely lunch, relaxed in the pool/Spa area and had a much needed full body deep muscle massage.

I was introduced to Ann Therapies through one of my fitness clients for a massage. And it was a wonderfully calm and relaxing experience in a fabulous environment. Ann's experience in her field is truly exceptional. I've been for full body massage treatments and cupping treatment for specific muscles. I would highly recommend Ann therapies.

Had a wonderful leg massage very kindly and sensitively done by Mandy as I have just had knee replacement and my muscles were very tight . It now feels wonderful. This was finished off by a long awaited pedicure also wonderful, thank you and I will be returning as soon as I’m able for a full body massage❤️

Was really impressed, when I thought it was at a home , I was thinking just a table in the living room , But this was a fully functional room for all the treatments that Ann explained all about when I ask about different treatments , And the deep tissue massage for the back did the trick feels miles better

Had a full body massage coupled with an express Neal Yards facial….perfect combination and the bewitching thing Lindsey did massaging the eyes during the facial meant I fell into a deep sleep walking myself up snoring and apologising …little did I knew she had left the room!! That’s how relaxed I was. Definitely recommend for anyone after a truly indulgent relaxing experience!! Thanks Lindsey xx

Not for the first time , this is a lovely spa and great relaxing experience. Lunch was lovely followed by 2 hours pool side with steam room sauna and jacuzzi. Excellent massage . Enjoyed the afternoon very much. Will be back ! Thank you.

Absolutely amazing experience.. I suffer with a condition called Lipo Dema recently received extensive surgery on my legs removing 22 L of lipedema fat modules.. The surgery has strengthened my legs.. I traveled to Czech Republic, Prague. I have looking for a lymphatic massage specialist for awhile in North Wales, to my surprise, I came across Mia. fast and effective booking. Patient health care form. lymphatic massage releases fluid bad toxins that the body retains.. My whole experience with mis is excellent she is professional- kind and caring. Lovely hotel, would highly recommend. The staff are all so welcoming. Pool and pool area is clean and lovely. Nice size pool to swim in. I’ve had a few massages and facials at this place and they’ve been perfect every time. Highly recommend all the girls but especially Kate.

I have had another fantastic treatment outcome with Mia,I went to my appointment a total wreck and came out so relaxed and transformed, Mia genuinely cares about your whole being, Lymphatic massage is my regular treatment now as it helps with the pain of my endometriosis and relaxes my painful tummy. I also had the Cryotherapy facial which is absolutely amazing my skin is still glowing. Thank you Mia. Looking forward to my next appointment already ❤️
