I will suggest Maria to anyone in the world!! She fixed my body and my mind in this past year in a way that I was not able to do myself. She helped me to relieve old muscle knots and drain fluids in my body through a mix of trauma release massages and lymphatic drainages. My body started to feel lighter, my legs less swollen, my period came back after many years of amenorrhea. Last time I went, I told her I was feeling all blocked on my sinuses due to a cold, and she suggested a face drainage and ear candles treatment. I went for a 'Relaxation massage' at Holistic Rising yesterday. In terms of the booking process - it was quick and easy, and they offered lots of different time slots. The price was also reasonable, in my opinion - £60 for 60 minutes. The massage and my masseuse, Sharon, were brilliant. She personalised my experience by asking what oil I wanted, if I wanted music or not, what pressure I wanted, and if there were any focus areas. The reason why I haven't given this experience a 5 star rating is because there was quite a lot of chatter outside the room - which made me feel less relaxed.

Wonderful and relaxing experience as usual. I’ve been attending regularly since 2012 and the standards are consistently impeccable, the setting is always relaxing and welcoming. I normally have deep tissue massage with Rachelle or Virginie, but alas Rachelle doesn’t do massage anymore and is focusing on managing the Team. This time I booked my appointment with Aneta, I was not disappointed, her massage was just as good as those I’ve had before. Aneta is an excellent practitioner, she was polite, attentive to my needs and checking that I was comfortable during the massage. Amazing hands Kudos.

Just finished a sports massage session with Maria for 1hr and 30mins. She is very professional! She traces the origin of your discomfort and targets the cause of it effectively. Felt so much better right after 1st session! Even though I booked late, she managed to find a more convenient slot for me. Considering I was possibly her last client of the day, she still was very strong and patient with me throughout the session. After which, she gave me some advise to aid recovery. Definitely recommended. I even subscribed for a package right after 😊

I had an amazing treatment with Joe who is an expert in Ayurveda massage techniques. I booked it for a 1 hour Revitalising Head, Scalp, Shoulders & Face Massage and Joe did such a fantastic job. She was thoughtful, checked in to get the right pressure, created a relaxing environment. Joe asked me about my needs and tailored the 1hour perfectly to my needs. The head massage part was sooooo good. The best bit which was so relaxing it was almost hypnotic was the face massage. Joe massaged set points in my face and with various techniques including a small wand and it was deeply relaxing.

Excellent (and tough!) sports massage given by Maria. Maria worked so hard throughout the session and I would very much recommend her.

Diego is phenomenal - I am a first time client who booked in for a two hour Full Body Reset. Being a former professional dancer I was stunned by Diego’s formidable knowledge and techniques that instantly and expertly erased the tightness in my neck back and hips -and I was adjusted so swiftly that I felt like rejuvenated !
