Absolutely amazing! One of the best Thai massages that I've ever had. I'm coming off a sprained ankle (7 weeks after so 99% healed) and she paid extra attention to make sure she wasn't putting too much pressure but stretching it enough for some massage there. Loved it! Will absolutely visit when I'm back in London

I went for a 'Relaxation massage' at Holistic Rising yesterday. In terms of the booking process - it was quick and easy, and they offered lots of different time slots. The price was also reasonable, in my opinion - £60 for 60 minutes. The massage and my masseuse, Sharon, were brilliant. She personalised my experience by asking what oil I wanted, if I wanted music or not, what pressure I wanted, and if there were any focus areas. The reason why I haven't given this experience a 5 star rating is because there was quite a lot of chatter outside the room - which made me feel less relaxed.

From the moment I walked into a lovely treatment area I was made to feel so relaxed. Karmen really pulled out the stops with the range of tools and massage techniques finished with a soft blow dry. I loved how she used products and oils that matched my curly hair to help strengthen. Would recommend 100%

I will suggest Maria to anyone in the world!! She fixed my body and my mind in this past year in a way that I was not able to do myself. She helped me to relieve old muscle knots and drain fluids in my body through a mix of trauma release massages and lymphatic drainages. Had the most beautiful experience with Jo. Such a welcoming and warm interaction from arrival in her gorgeous, relaxing home. She did a very thorough consult conversation beforehand, covering my focus areas. My head and shoulder massage was excellent and left me relaxed with a lot of relief. The reflexology was so enjoyable and she took time at the end to flag what she learned from my feet. The treatment room was beautifully decorated, warm and inviting; a real haven of rest! I even left with a little goodie bag of after care, herbsl tea and sweet treats! Can’t wait to return; thank you Jo!

Just finished a sports massage session with Maria for 1hr and 30mins. She is very professional! She traces the origin of your discomfort and targets the cause of it effectively. Felt so much better right after 1st session! Even though I booked late, she managed to find a more convenient slot for me. Considering I was possibly her last client of the day, she still was very strong and patient with me throughout the session. After which, she gave me some advise to aid recovery. Definitely recommended. I even subscribed for a package right after 😊
