Another great massage done by Maria! I had a massive neck & back pain and she’s managed to deal with all that! Such a relief! She’s so knowledgeable and very professional. The treatment was finished with 2by4 trauma release and mobility therapy to the back arms and neck by both therapists Maria and Shahana, it felt amazing 🤩 I’ve been going to Holistic Rising more often now, highly recommended! Maria is a highly skilled, highly intuitive massage therapist with a kind, warm and friendly manner, who delivers deep tissue massages which managed to resolve physiological issues I had been dealing with for months. She has a gift for understanding what her clients need, and I cannot recommend her enough. I also recently experienced the ‘2 by 4’ massage, which combined two complementary treatments delivered at same time by two therapists. It was an extraordinary massage, reiki and energy healing in tandem with acupuncture and gentle physiotherapy - I highly recommend this to everyone!!

Being involved with lifting weights as a profession, the necessity for deep tissues massages is essential. I had Indian head massage and it was amazing . It was so relaxing and if I was lying down I would have fallen asleep . It was superb !

I had a Japanese Head massage today for the first time, it was really relaxing. Kelly was very professional and put me at ease from the get go. The environment is so relaxing. Jo spends time asking how you are feeling on the day and tailors your treatment accordingly. I have had both the massage and reflexology and thoroughly recommend. There are lots of nice little individual touches which makes you feel special and pampered for that hour. Perfect!
