Stunning facial with Laura today. The treatment itself was beautiful but all the little extras really made it like the lovely eye pillow during the hand and foot massage, the little cup of tea after the treatment and the little thank you gift at the end. Worth every penny and can’t wait to go back. I feel great!

Another amazing appointment with the extremely talented & kind Gillian - 5 stars just isn't enough. Gillian worked her "magic" with crystal healing & a wonderful & relaxing neck, shoulder & upper back massage. I walked out of there feeling 2 inches taller. And my daily migraine has disappeared. It's a real treat to have such beneficial "me" time. The Balaned Boutique is a llovely, chilled & friendly place to visit & I can't wait for my next appointment 😊😍🥰 I'm going to talk to Amanda about treatment for my patchy eyebrows next. Kelly welcomed me like an old friend even though it was my first time meeting her. Her beauty room is gorgeous with the correct amount of lighting and heat. The beauty bed was so comfortable I nearly fell asleep. The facial was just heaven, beautiful products and the steam experience was fab. Kelly also massaged my neck, shoulders, arms and head so by the end of the whole experience I was totally relaxed and wanted to sleep. I can highly recommend Kelly and will definitely return.

As usual, my appointment with Kelly was fab! Nothing is ever too much hassle and she is a perfectionist! I have been going to Kelly for a while now for waxing , nails & massage ... (highly recommemd all of her services but wow- those massages are out of this world!!) and have never been disappointed!!!

Amanda is honestly the best girl about. Both Amanda and Gillian are professional friendly and welcoming. It’s such a relaxing atmosphere. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my nails and massages.

OMG where do I start! Going on holiday next week, poor Amanda had me booked in for a full leg and bikini wax, not having been for quite a while, she had her work cut out for her! I was a bit wary as I thought it would be really painfull. But here I am, all hair free and smooth and I cannot believe how easy and how little pain I had. Huge thanks to Amanda for her patience and determination to get me holiday ready! Also had my biabs done, just amazing, love, love, love them! Even my other half commented on them.......Don't know how I survived before Amanda hit Ards! She's THE BEST in town!
