Oh wow! I just got fully immersed in epic Head in the Clouds experience at the amazing Beauty Retreat! Not only is your head in the clouds, but it feels like you’re in a tropical rainforest, under a waterfall! Maddie is magnificent as always, making you feel comfortable and welcoming, before working her magic! 100000% will be returning! Thank you xxx

This was by far the most relaxing spa experience.have chosen the head in the clouds pure indulgence package was 1hr 15 minutes of pure enjoyment and full relaxation in this new beautiful Japanese style head spa in Surrey Lovely Maddie has walked me through all the steps, made me comfortable and relaxed before we started. Maddie was soo gentle and thorough with my long and knotty hair, this was the best head massage have ever had! I can’t praise Maddie enough I’m super happy with my nails and her service. So welcoming , knowledgeable and enjoyable to have a conversation with her. I felt like her full attention was on me all the time so she understood exactly what I wanted. So much better than going to a busy salon ! I will definitely be going back to Maddie so she can look after my nails and will possibly book in for more treatments. Will be recommending her to all my friends and family.

I suffer from poor mobility in lower back and hips due to arthritis. I felt a little stiff immediately after the massage but a couple of hours later I felt fantastic. And so much better next day! I will be going more regularly in future.
