really welcoming &friendly staff. I received a brazilian and then was upsold an eyebrow threading service as i had time up my sleeve. for the following two nights since, overnight, I have experienced intense itchiness and dicomfort from the brazilian. This has never happened to me before. Otherwise I am really pleased with the result of the brazilian. Re the eyebrow threading, this wasn't as precise as I had anticipated and will likely go back to getting my eyebrows waxed, as i have done in the past. I have had to tweeze my own remainder eyebrow stubbs that were missed, and there are a few.

Riya is the best! I've had a lash lift, tint, threading, henna and eyelash extensions complete by her and I am 100% satisfied every time! She is fantastic at catering to the customers requirements, especially when I was starting out and didn't know much about eyebrows and lashes. Great new little business! Will definitely be back. Liva was very good, very friendly and very attentive - always checking the pain levels, heat of the wax, making sure there was no wax left on legs etc. - most thorough and quality wax I’ve had so far in Melbourne.
