My daughter got her hair cut today by Lydia and we could not be more impressed - not only does her hair look amazing but she, myself and my son were treated amazingly by all the staff and offered snacks and refreshments. My daughter (5) was spoken to and reassured all throughout the haircut and Lydia had such patience when she wasn’t listening with where to put her head etc. overall a lovely experience!

Perfect. Needed a haircut to correct a very bad one done previously by a different salon. With lots of very curly hair it can be a bit of a challenge but it was done very efficiently, much cheaper than I'd paid for the bodged job, and my curls are nice and light again. Thank you so much!

I had my appointment with Steph, wash, cut and blow dry. My hair was a mess, a lot of breakage, split ends, frizz. I put off going to the hairdressers because I suffer with anxiety especially in places I’ve never been before, steph was really lovely, put me at ease instantly. Wasn’t really sure what I even wanted to do with my hair but it needed fixing, Steph was great at knowing what to do with it, what products I should use. I LOVE my new haircut & style, feels & looks so much healthier! The lattee on a little wooden tray was a lovely touch, already booked next app. Thank you steph 🙏

This was my second appointment with Tammy and as before, she was bright and smiling when she met me. She listened as I explained what I wanted that day, so we were both happy before she got to work. Tammy was very thorough throughout, making sure I was happy. She is attentive, listens and then does what is asked. I am so happy with my new hairstyle, I can't stop touching it and looking at it! I feel like the best version of myself now. I live on Anglesey but it is worth travelling to Colwyn Bay for a great haircut. Thank you, Tammy and the team! See you again.
