Finding Gemma has been a revelation for both my daughter and me! I don't think I've ever had a hairdresser so tuned in to her clients. She really listens, understands and produces amazing results. At 56 I finally have the haircut I've always wanted, I feel like me. If you want a chatty, fun appointment - Gemma can do it. If you want a chill, minimal talk appointment - Gemma can do it. Either way you leave feeling great.

Gemma cut my 2.5 year old twins' hair today and was so fab with them 😌 she's usually great with my hair and I've been going to her for a while but today was my daughters' first haircut and it went so well thanks to Gemma!

I had had a pretty shitty day today and decided to book a last minute hair cut as I was in desperate need! I had a lovely time, felt like I was catching up with friends. Had a beautiful haircut and came away feeling a hell of alot happier then when I arrived. Thank you so much ❤️

Gemma has always cut my kids hair and I wouldn't trust anyone else with their hair. Today Gemma cut my 2nd daughters hair - her first hair cut - family tradition!! And I couldn't be more grateful. I felt welcomed and looked after from start to finish and really felt that Kelly listened and knew how to work with my hair. I have curly hair and often it’s gets straightened and curled with tongs. I asked Kelly to work with my natural curls and she did exactly that, they look fab! Better than they have in a loooong time. I have re-booked to get my colour done next time too as I know this is a MUST at Reds! Thanks lovely, see you next week for my sons haircut… of course I booked him in too🤣💇 xxxx
