A Natural Need is a secret gem in Hertford. They offer a huge range of treatments - more than any other salon. The facials are the best. I recently had a peel which included a mask - I've never had a mask with a peel at other salons. The service & prices are great. Thank you :)

My daughter had her helix piercings today. Chloe was amazing. Everything thing was explained in detail. Chloe is very patient, kind and great with younger adults and kids. The studio is beautiful and clean. Highly recommend.
