Head spa and massage was good, hair may have needed to been a bit further assessed before starting and detangled before getting wet so was easier to brush through and dry afterwards. Hair didn’t necessarily feel completely “clean” and rinsed afterwards. Otherwise nice experience for a relaxing treat.

Absolutely amazing. Far beyond what I had expected. I was so suprised at how quickly I felt comfortable and how much effort was put in to such a long massage. I also loved the music that was playing. I will definately buy vouchers here for my family or friends in the future.

First time there was good. Go treated well. Though by the end when I was asked to get change and have an after photo. I waited for a few minutes after I got change but no one came in the room. So I just opened the door paid and left. I have bad social anxiety but I didn’t want to ask. This obviously isn’t something bad. They just simply forgot. Thank you though had a lovely time.

Absolutely incredible experience today. I had the most relaxing facial, massage included plus treatment on some trouble areas to help rid body fat on my thighs.

Highly recommend the lymphatic massage as you feel really light afterwards. Inflammation was my issue and I felt much better after this. Absolute must try. You don't know what body freedom is until you try this. Self care must have.

Was super duper! However would have liked maybe a little more info on what to do after my massage (I got my first lymphatic drainage massage and didn’t really know the do’s and donts) also got to go into the red bed! Nice and warm but also was told it aided in the massage therapy but that was it. Spoke to some lovely girls who filled me in on all the details! Lovely experience (and maybe some people don’t like all the chit chat ALSO my fault for not asking 😅)

Phenomenal treatment and massage from my therapist during my hair spa. Thank you ladies for a treatment that I’ll recommend and have again ♥️

It was good however every other massage/spa I have been to offers a glass of water after the experience and I feel this would be a nice touch after a treatment especially after laying down over an hour. Or even herbal teas at an extra cost just something to think about to make that experience extra special. there are already sofas and areas to relax in there. Also branded sugar cookies or mints at the reception desk.

Had a beautiful time at The Gym. The Japanese Hair Massage was amazing and all staff were fantastic. Will definitely be back!
