Michelle is so attentive and warm. Being able to work every knot I had with a hot stone massage. Then followed by an amazing Indian head massage. I experienced Reiki for the first time which was a very powerful experience. With each part of the 2 hours I spent receiving these treatments, I felt cared for and looked after from Michelle. Would highly recommend.

First time visiting, I opted for the Relaxation Package and I was not disappointed. I chose the Hot Stone Massage and then 30 min Reiki Treatment, Michelle was amazing. I left feeling very relaxed and the oils smelled amazing. Will definitely be back.

As soon as I walk through the doors of the Gin Spa, I feel myself instantly relax. The whole experience is a sensory delight. From the decor, the music to the scent running through the air. My therapist, Morgan was wonderful. It was my first experience of a Hot Stone massage and it has quickly taken first place as my favourite treatment. The only downside is that the treatment has to end! I am already booking my next one.

Scott was an excellent therapist. He did his due diligence, reading up on my file before I arrived and greeted me warmly. I explained why I was there and he offered some practical, useful advice. It was my first time getting any type of massage and I was totally comfortable, the conversation between us flowing freely as he went about relieving the muscles that were sore on my shoulder and back. I had little to no.pain by the time he was done. In all, an excellent service and I shall definitely recommend to friends and family.

First time at the Gin Spa. Great location hidden away in a courtyard in between two busy streets in the middle of the city centre. The interior design is thoughtfully done and the whole spa is immaculately clean. I had a full body hot stone massage and the therapist was very good. The negatives are the small size of the reception and lounge room; it’s the same area for both, which doesn’t feel very private, and there seems to be only one shower, which is in the WC room that in turn is off the reception/lounge.

I had a wonderful full body massage by Asafa yesterday. I have stiff neck and shoulders due to desk work but I could move my neck much more freely afterwards. I'd asked for a firm pressure which Asafa maintained throughout. She kept checking in with me to make sure I was ok and it was how I wanted the massage. Would highly recommend.
