A friend bought me the Pamper day package as I recently gave birth and this was my first time at the spa. It Aalooked wonderful and Mariah was very friendly. I was informed on arrival that the hot stone massage was not available as the therapist would need to know in advance, which I was not made aware of. Mariah asked me some questions and helped decide what sort of facial to go for. Both the massage and facial were lovely. A few little downsides, I was not given the herbal tea or bath bomb gift that was advertised as part of the package and a small radiator was cluttering the therapy room.

Teri was really welcoming and friendly and I cant recommend the hot stone massage and head massage enough. I completely melted and am ready for a nice sleep now 😴 😌

Polly was so amazing, really good pressure to her massage, but also listened when I needed a lighter touch, left my neck and back feeling so much looser and flexible and helped me relax during a deep tissue massage so much so I almost didn’t want to get up! She’s also incredibly talented at eyebrow shaping and just a sweet woman in general, I loved my appointment and am looking at my diary now to see when I’m free to come back for another massage 💪🏽

I had a massage with Terry this morning, and it was exceptional. He took his time to truly understand everything I had mentioned beforehand and tailored the experience accordingly. Not only did he address my specific needs, but he also went above and beyond, delivering more than I expected. The process , technique and service felt thoughtful and deliberate, making the session both relaxing and deeply effective. I left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. This was the best facial I've ever had (and I have had lots!). The face massages were so relaxing and Polly is clearly very skilled and knows what she is doing because my skin was glowing afterwards. I cannot recommend enough. I am going to become a regular now!

Dami gave an amazing back massage! My muscles were super tight, but Dami worked through all the tension, and now I feel so much better. The pressure was just right, and I almost dozed off from how relaxing it was. Thank you!

Lovely massage - very relaxing! Only knocking off one star because I would have appreciated more of a "consultation" when checking in (e.g. - what pressure do you prefer, do you have any problem areas) and because the room was very warm and the oil was very cold.

I had a wonderful experience with the lovely Sim ! She gave me great body and head massage, in a relaxing environment, making sure I was comfortable. At the end of the session, she even managed to fit me in for a hair wash and dry so i was ready for the week. Thank you ! Will definitely be back
