Just had an hour long full body massage by Hollie. Bliss. I was so relaxed I nodded off a few times. Hollie applied just the right amount of pressure to work the muscles without hurting me and the head massage was the best ever. Definitely doing that again! Thanks Hollie x

If you’ve never had a facial massage I urge you to give it go, it’s amazing. Has a huge effect on the rest of your body - who knew. So relaxing ( in the end). Will put this on my regular treatment list.

On arrival at the riverside rooms, I was taken into a word of love and calmness. It's like a gemstone, a different world. Going into the treatment room full of beautiful music, incense burning and the sound of the wildlife outside it was a lovely atmosphere and I was having reflexology done, it was like being in a mother's womb. Safe and secure from the outside world. Carole talked through everything that she was doing very well and the meditation that Carole took me through was incredible.
